About Me

Dr. Ikechukwu Umeh is a member of several notable associations and organizations. He is licenced by the Computer Professional Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN) to operate as a professional in ICT since 2008. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management and Policy Development (FIMPD) since 2016, and a Fellow of the Nigeria Computer Society (FNCS) since 2020. had his primary and secondary education at Umukwata Primary School and St Georges Grammar School Obinomba in Delta State of Nigeria respectively. Afterwards, he bagged a BSc and MSc degree in Computer Science form Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka in 1999 and 2006 respectively too. 

In August 1999, he founded PA-CENT Technologies limited, now is a renowned household ICT firm in Anambra State and Nigeria. For more than two decades he has through PA-CENT Technologies limited successfully been engaged in the professional practice and service of Computer and Information Technology development, and have excellently rendered exquisite ICT services to all who sought for such service(s). Dr. I. I. Umeh has positively touched many lives by rendering high quality consultancy services, procurement, human capital development, and ICT skill acquisition trainings. He has trained over 5000 individuals personally, and over 30 groups (organizations and association) in different spheres of the computing practice.
